The MSK4804 SiC half bridge is available with modified MIL-PRF-38534 Class "E", "H", or industrial screening. This device is one of a family of plastic encapsulated modules (PEM) developed specifically for use in military, aerospace and other severe environment applications. The SiC (Silicon Carbide) technology has superior switching performance compared to Si-Based modules. The 1200V/100A performance is achieved using low inductance power lugs and "First-in, Last-out rule" layout design. The high thermal conductivity Silicon Nitride substrate provides excellent heat transfer from the power die to the heat sink, which results in lower junction temperature and increased reliability. The Aluminum Silicon Carbide (ALSiC) baseplate offers high thermal conductivity, low weight and is pre-bowed for excellent flatness after mounting. Our proprietary coating, SEESTM-Severe Environment Encapsulation System provides near-hermetic encapsulation that withstands High Accelerated Stress Test (HAST), which assures long term reliability and makes the MSK4804 an attractive option for high reliability PEM applications.

The MSK4206 is a complete H-Bridge microcircuit intended for use in DC brushed motors control application or Class D switch-mode amplification in severe operating conditions. The MSK4206 can be used as a drop in replacement for the APEX SA01 in applications that do not utilize the thermal limit feature. All of the drive/control circuitry, including an error amplifier, is internal to the device. A precision reference voltage is provided for offsetting the error amplifier. Fixed high-side current limit is provided internally. Low-side current limit is user controlled with the use of an external resistor network. MIL-PRF-38534 screening for both Class “E” and “H”, an operating temperature range of –55C to 125C, and a hermetically sealed 10 pin power package make the MSK4206 an attractive option for high reliability motor control applications.

4.21.2009 Ultra High Voltage, Very High Speed Differential Operational Amplifier Product Datasheet
The MSK 131 is a high voltage, very high-speed differential amplifier available to industrial screening levels. This device offers minimum output currents up to +/- 150 mA with output voltages up to 390 Volts. The high speed and high voltage capabilities of the MSK 131 make it an excellent choice for use in electrostatic deflection and electrostatic transducer applications. In addition, the high speed of this device allows for use with piezo tranducer and ink jet print head excitation. The MSK131 utilizes external compensation to provide wide bandwidth and greater stability over a wide gain range. An operating temperature range of –40C to 125C, and a 10 pin insulated ceramic SIP with mounting holes for direct heat sink attachment make the MSK 131 an ideal option for many industrial high voltage, high-speed amplification applications.

The MSK5823KRH, MSK5824KRH, MSK5825KRH and MSK5826KRH linear regulators are available in class “K”, “H” or industrial versions. The ultra low dropout of 0.30V typical at 3A load current makes them an excellent choice for high efficiency low voltage to low voltage regulation. All four of these devices operate down to 2.9V input but the MSK5823KRH and MSK5824KRH have been characterized around a 3.3V input and the MSK5825KRH and MSK5826KRH have been characterized around a 5.0V input. This series of devices performed exceptionally well up to and beyond the specified TID hardness of 300Krad(Si). ELDRS testing is underway and will be complete in June of 2009. The MSK5823KRH and MSK5825KRH are fixed output regulators that can be purchased with a wide range of custom output voltages to suit specific application needs or in one of the standard factory configurations; 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V. The MSK5824KRH and MSK5826KRH are adjustable output versions for increased design flexibility. Additional features include output current limit protection and a shutdown pin for power sequencing control.
