Description
The MSK5984RH (Radiation Hardened) 2.8A adjustable LDO linear regulator is available in MIL-PRF-38534 Class "K", Class “H”, or industrial versions. The MSK5984RH offers low dropout down to 300mV and an output voltage range down to zero volts and is radiation hardened for space applications. By using an internal reference current the output voltage is selected by the user through the use of a single external resistor. Additionally, the regulator offers internal short circuit current and thermal limiting, which allows circuit protection and eliminates the need for external components and excessive derating.
The MSK5984RH can be paralleled allowing the MSK5984RH to serve higher current applications. The MSK5984RH is offered in a hermetically sealed 3 pin package, with customer selected straight up or down pin configurations. Contact sales@mskennedy.com for questions and samples.
