Description
The MSK5983RH (Radiation Hardened) 2.8A adjustable LDO linear regulator is available in MIL-PRF-38534 Class "K", Class “H”, or industrial versions. The MSK5983RH offers low dropout down to 300mV and an output voltage range down to zero volts and is radiation hardened for space applications. By using an internal reference current the output voltage is selected by the user through the use of a single external resistor. Additionally, the regulator offers internal short circuit current and thermal limiting, which allows circuit protection and eliminates the need for external components and excessive derating.
The MSK5983RH can be paralleled allowing the MSK5983RH to serve higher current applications. The MSK5983RH is offered in a hermetically sealed 16 pin flatpack, with customer selected straight or gull wing lead form. Contact sales@mskennedy.com for questions and samples.
