The MSK6000RH is a dual logic level driven 5A radiation hardened high side driver switch module with an integrated precision rail to rail micro-power current sense amplifier. The unique current sensing topology provides a very wide input common mode range, while maintaining highly accurate current sensing capability. Current is sensed as a voltage across a low value sense resistor minimizing power dissipation. The gain of the current sense amplifier is programmed via a single user selectable load resistor. High PSRR and CMRR provide reliable current sense data in a variety of applications. This flexibility makes the MSK6000RH suitable for many demanding load control and monitoring applications. The MSK6000RH is available in a hermetic 26 pin flatpack with straight leads. The MSK6000RH will soon be available to three screening levels: MIL-PRF-38534 Class “K" or Class “H” with an operating range of -55C to +125C, or Industrial with a operating range of -40°C to +85°C. The MSK6000RH is an excellent choice for high reliability applications that require accuracy, a wide dynamic range, high circuit density, and maximized efficiency.

The MSK5173 is a 3-terminal negative adjustable regulator capable of supplying up to 1.5A of current. The output is adjustable using external resistors with a range of Vref to -27V. Excellent line and load regulation characteristics ensure accurate performance. The MSK5173 has full protection with both current and thermal limiting. The MSK5173 is packaged in two space saving packages: the 3 pin power surface mount ceramic SMD-1, or the TO-257 style package with 3 lead form options. The MSK5973RH is the radiation hardened version that is fully pin and functionally compatible.

The fixed 500KHz switching frequency allows the use of smaller inductors reducing required board space for a given design. The MSK5032 can also be paralleled and synchronized to reduce output ripple and reduce filter component size for heavier loads. The 4.5A integrated switch leaves only a few application specific components to be selected by the designer. The device is packaged in a hermetically sealed 16 pin flat pack, and is available with straight or gull wing leads. The MSK5032 is available to two screening levels: MIL-PRF-38534 Class “H" with an operating range of -55C to +125C, or Industrial with a operating range of -40°C to +85°C. 03.22.2011, 2A 200KHz – 2.4MHz Step Down Switching Regulator Controller

The MSK5031, Step Down Switching Regulator Controller is capable of delivering up to 2A of current to the load. This device will soon be available screened to Class "H" and is already available in the industrial version. These Regulator Controllers offer a user selectable switching frequency between 200KHz and 2.4MHz allowing for the use of smaller inductors minimizing the required board space for a given design while improving efficiency. The MSK5031 switching frequency can also be synchronized to an external signal via the SYNC pin. The ability to shutdown the regulator via the Run/SS pin and the power good output simplify power sequencing. The 2A integrated switch leaves only a few application specific components to be selected by the designer. The MSK110RH Dual +2.5V Precision Voltage References are soon to be available in Class "K" and currently available in industrial versions. The MSK110RH offers excellent initial voltage tolerances of ±5mV and very good stability over temperature. This dual voltage reference offers a wide current range and a low dynamic impedance that is maintained over the full temperature range. Each reference is completely independent allowing for the most flexibility. The adjustment terminals allow the reference voltages to be adjusted to compensate for system errors.
